Hey look what just arrived at Milkwood Farm – permaculture playing cards! These are great.

52 cards jam-packed with interesting knowledge and a sprinkling of permaculture people profiles – I can’t wait to kick back in the shade next week with these.

These cards were funded by a great little kickstarter campaign a while back and are product of the Permies.com crew.

We’ll be using them first up to play snap with our small fry.

Which, with these, will likely turn into a card-reading session and then the sort of morning where Mum and Dad attempt to explain all sorts of brain-busting concepts in 4 year old speak. Wish us luck on that.

Then, later, I intend to crack open the experimental cherry fermented thing I’ve been faithfully turning each day for the past 6 weeks, sit somewhere shady with good friends, and play cards.

You can grab a deck online from the Sail Freight Company here

Happy snapping, folks.

Hey also, we’re going to give away a pack of these next week in our newsletter! Hop aboard if you’re not on the good ship Milkwood already…
