Join us at Milkwood Farm for our annual Field Day on 1 April 2012. Come explore our fabulous small ‘beyond organic’ farm and education center, and sit down with us for a delicious lunch made with organic produce from our farm.
Come learn about permaculture, growing organic food on a community scale, Warré beekeeping, natural building, forest gardens, permaculture animal systems and much, much more during what will be a jam-packed and truly wonderful day…
This year we’re excited to have Craig Sponholtz as our special guest. As part of the field day Craig will be speaking about and demonstrating applied watershed restoration and erosion control, as well as taking folks on watershed walks, where you will learn how to read the landscape…
Nick Ritar will be on hand to give an overview of the farm and take you on a farm tour, explaining Milkwood’s many features including water harvesting, grazing, natural building, alternative energy, beekeeping and animal systems.
Stephen Couling will take you for a tour of our organic market garden, and Dan Harris Pascal will lead you through our forest garden systems…
In between all this walking, exploring and doing, join us for a beautiful organic lunch made from as much Milkwood Farm fare as we can squeeze in…
Places are limited to 60 people to ensure a fantastic day for everyone. Bookings essential. We hope to see you there!

Hi, if I purchase tickets, but find closer to the time that I cannot unfortunately attend, will you refund the ticket price? Tx
Hi Grateful, our regular policy is that we allow refunds up to 14 days before an event. Tickets are transferable after that point to someone else’s name…
Thanks Kirsten, I have bought my tickets, see you on the day 🙂
