Hooray for the 2015 Permaculture Calendar! Once again the crew at permacultureprinciples.com have created a beautiful and intimate calendar that is packed with useful info and also just plain lovely to have on your wall.
And yes, it also has the best cover boy of all time (not that we’re biased or anything) – namely our little dude, harvesting shiitake mushrooms from our home patch.
Richard Telford of Permaculture Principles has done a gorgeous job with this calendar.
The calendar comes with a helpful moon planting guide – which holds true no matter where you are on the planet, of course, although which species you actually plant may differ wildly!
There’s also, once again, examples of both home and community scale permaculture systems from across the planet featured with beautiful photos and mini stories.
Lots of inspiration to gaze at, discuss and ponder while your kitchen wall travels through 2015.
Also, the 2015 Permaculture Calendar is printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper with vegetable inks.
So when 2015 is done (gosh, imagine), if you can bear to part with the beautiful photos, it’s into the wormfarm and back around the home nutrient cycle for your calendar!
Which means that you can, actually, turn next year’s calendar into 2016’s tomatoes.
That’s the Permaculture way.
These calendars also can be bought at a large discount in bulk to make a GREAT fundraising project for your local school, community garden or whatever you like.
They’re $13 each if you buy just one, and the price discounts rapidly as you buy more copies.
